Public ESPN leagues open right away. A private one opens once one member connects their ESPN login on its page; league mates then join with a code in their team name. Yahoo is on the list.

Find your Sleeper username
Open the Sleeper app, tap your avatar in the top left, and the @name under your display name is it. No password needed here, ever. On ESPN instead? Paste your league's link on the home page and pick your team.

Connect your league
Sign in with your email to keep your leagues together across devices. Then add your Sleeper username or ESPN team. The app will guide you through verifying that it belongs to you.

Start with "This week"
The top of that tab is a numbered to-do list: who to start, who to pick up, who to drop, and by when. Review the recommendations, then make any changes in your Sleeper or ESPN app. FantasyKrush checks for updates when the page refreshes.

Hover anything you do not understand
Every abbreviation is explained in plain English on hover or tap. The Football guide tab has all of them in one place.
What each tab does
- This weekYour to-do list, the lineup we would set, and why.
- Draft boardDuring your draft: who to take right now and why, with a chime when you are up. Before it: a game plan for every round.
- GamesEvery game this week, kickoff time, TV channel, and which of your players are in it.
- BetsWhere the numbers disagree with the sportsbooks. Leans, not locks, with a warning to bet small.
- Waiver watchPlayers the whole internet is grabbing that nobody in your league owns yet, from the This week and Overview tabs.
- NFLThe real league: standings, every team's playoff spot, and the news and injury alerts for your players and your opponents', every 15 minutes, optionally posted to Discord.
- OverviewYour roster with a backup for each player, standings, playoff odds, trades worth proposing, and your league's rules in plain English.
